Some customers may still experience intermittent latency or performance degradation, delays in database provisioning and infrastructure operations. AWS has reported progress in recovery for several dependent services, though full restoration is still ongoing and no ETA has been provided at this time. Our team continues to closely monitor platform health and customer impact while AWS completes recovery activities.

Update -
We continue to monitor the ongoing AWS infrastructure issue impacting the US-EAST-1 region. At this time, customers may still experience increased latency and intermittent performance degradation, delays in database provisioning and infrastructure-related operations.
AWS has not yet confirmed full recovery for the affected Availability Zone, and we remain engaged in monitoring the impact on our platform.

Update -

At this time, we have not observed a complete service outage, however some operations may take longer than usual while AWS continues recovery efforts.
