AKS clusters in the following Azure regions for Astra Serverless will be going through a Kubernetes version upgrade over a window of 3 days starting from 05/16/2023.

westus2
eastus2
westeurope

Customers accessing their databases in these regions may experience connection errors intermittently. Based on the application deployment customers may have to retry or restart applications to be able to connect to the Astra database.

If you are experiencing issues after the application restart/retry, please create a support ticket.
